Little One's Child Development Center
Our Story
Little One’s Child Development Center was founded in 2001 by Joseph and Daria Little with one simple mission: to provide high-quality childcare while making a positive difference in the lives of children. As graduates of Winston-Salem State University with backgrounds in education, they have always shared a passion for teaching, nurturing, and helping children reach their full potential. After recognizing the need for a childcare program that emphasized both learning and loving care, they turned their vision into reality. Through faith, dedication, and hard work, Little One’s grew from serving a single child to becoming a trusted childcare center in Albemarle, North Carolina. Today, our experienced team continues that same commitment by providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children learn through hands-on experiences, creative play, and age-appropriate educational activities that prepare them for lifelong success.
